Access Pass Refund Policy

The MNCC (Minnesota Climbing Cooperative) grants members the right to purchase annual access passes in advance of the opening date of the climbing facility.

To receive a refund for an access pass, the MNCC must

  • Not have it’s doors open to members for climbing by July 1st, 2011
  • Have the purchasers on file
    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone number OR email address
    • Proof of access pass purchase
  • If the MNCC does not have the purchaser on file, the member must present a proof of purchase to a board member of the MNCC before they can receive their refund.

The MNCC will put forth a best effort to keep all member’s purchase passes on file.  We cannot guarantee that none will be lost.  If you purchased an access pass, but did not receive confirmation by email or postal mail, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to passes@mnclimbingcoop.com.

Refunds will only be given to those who purchased access passes prior to February 1st, 2011.

If the Minnesota Climbing Cooperative gym does not open by July 1st, 2011 then access pass refund checks will be sent out by August 1st, 2011.  Checks will be mailed to the address we have on file for the member who purchased the access pass.

Memberships are non-refundable.  The access pass refund will NOT include the membership fee of $20.  There are no exceptions to this rule.

If a member has not received a refund, has proof of purchase of an access pass, but did not verify that their information on file, the MNCC will refund their pass fee on a first come, first served basis granted there are remaining funds in the MNCC Early Access Pass escrow account.
