Troubleshooting Tips

Your guest does not display on the monitor.

  1. Scan in. As the sponsor, your guest is attached to your account. When you scan out, your guest is also removed.

  2. Confirm orientation. The confirmation button will appear after your guest completes their steps. You’ll need to confirm the orientation every time.

Mask Policy

When

Goes into effect Sunday March 20th, 2022.

What

In light of the current risk level in Hennepin and surrounding counties, and following the most recent Board discussions, we have decided to lift the mask requirement for all vaccinated individuals climbing at the Co-op, starting Sunday, March 20th, 2022.

Why

We want to be clear that we are lifting our mask requirement in accordance with public health guidance, in which masks AND vaccinations are a tool used to lower transmission rates and strain on hospitals. However, we also know that not all members or their family members receive the same benefits of vaccination. Therefore, we also want to express our full support for all members of our community who choose to continue to mask to protect themselves, their families, or to stand in solidarity with those who still need extra protection.

Like we said, masks are a tool. We expect them to become necessary again in the future, so keep in mind that masks are likely to come back if and when transmission increases. MNCC will remain committed to being a safe and supportive environment for our community, and we continue to encourage everyone to get vaccinated."
