REFUND POLICY Day Passes, Day Pass Cards, Day Pass 10-pks, Memberships, and key fobs are non-refundable. Access Passes in any denomination and Student Pass are not eligible for refund. Membership and Access Passes are non-transferable. REPLACEMENT KEY FOB POLICY Contact Co-op at info@mnclimbingcoop.com immediately if your key fob is lost or stolen. Your key fob will be disabled. The key fob holder will be assessed a fee to replace their existing key fob. Fees are subject to change. |
