REFUND POLICY Access Passes in any denomination, Student Pass, and Installment Passes are not eligible for refund. Once an Installment Pass is initiated, it may not be cancelled, and remaining installments must be paid in full.
REPLACEMENT KEY FOB POLICY Contact Co-op at email@example.com immediately, if your key fob is lost or stolen. Your card will be disabled. The key fob holder will be assessed a fee to replace their existing key fob. Fees are subject to change.
